In the Gregory Ain Mar Vista Tract.

Built in Los Angeles in 1948 

by the architect Gregory Ain for the modest-income families,

it's now a very different population who lives inside these modernist houses.

I had the chance to live one month near this incredible suburb

 and I didn't resist to take some pictures.
