Here is my last project with Gauthier Borsarello for the most famous custom garage in Paris : Blitz Motorcycles.
Their unique motorcycles are exactly like pieces of art so I decided to place those beautiful cycles in one of the most important art gallery of Paris, the Galerie Gastou in the heart of St Germain des Prés and Gauthier put all the most graphic items and art pieces they had around the motorcycles.
The result is the exact opposite of what you can see today in the motorcycle environment, we just replaced the mud by marble.

During my italian trip, I was really excited (as a huge fan of the movie La Grande Belleza)
to make a stop of three days in Roma.
It was absolutely beautiful in term of architecture, landscape, culture but a
cruel deception in term of livability: Roma is eaten by a massive tourism
and nothing is worse than touristic shops, touristic restaurants etc...
But, there are some pearls to find sometimes in outlying districts and sometimes in the heart of the city like the leather artisan Federico Polidori.
After a few minutes in his shop/workshop, I decided that I wanted a custom wallet.
Here are some pictures.

Here are the pictures of the fabrication process of my wallet.
Federico is a really kind man and you can trust him from A to Z
at every stages of the process. From the first drawings to the final product.
I received it after one month.
The leather is incredible and it will tan by means of using it and with the light.

Thanks Neoretro for the tip.

In denim embroideries.
These last three years, the trend was really inspired by violence, mugshots etc...
I spoke about it two years ago in this post and we saw a lot of boots, black leather, white tees etc...
Now it seems like a kind of hippie trend is about to appears with some colors, flowers, mushrooms, hearts, rainbow etc... but guess what, these 70" embroideries were inspired by the early motorcycle era
and are once again a sign of contestation against war and conformity.
